摘要
目前,婴幼儿配方乳粉检验的微生物指标对条件致病菌关注较少,特别是尚未对是否含有除阪崎肠杆菌外的条件致病菌进行过评价,亦无污染情况相关数据资料。本研究以SN/T 1933.2-2007《食品和水中肠球菌检验方法》为基础,优化婴幼儿配方乳粉中肠球菌检测方法,建立快速准确的肠球菌生化型检测鉴定方法,为相关产品的监督管理提供科学的技术支撑和详尽的参考资料。
Currently, the microbiological index aboutconditional pathogen bacteriaininfant formula milk powder test catcheslittle attention. Whether theinfant formula milk powder contains other conditional pathogen bacteria except Entcrobactersakazakii has not been evaluated yet. At the same time, there is no related data about infection of infant formula milk powder. This paper optimized the test method of enterococcus in infant formula milk powder based on the SN/T 1933test method of enterococci in food and water, which examines and identifies the biochemical type of enterococci quickly and accurately. It also provided scientific and technical support and detailed reference for the supervision and management of related products.
