对安徽农民资金互助发展现状的思考——以安徽金寨为例

Reflections on the Current Situation of Fund Cooperation for Farmers in Anhui——Taking Jinzhai County of Anhui as an Example

农村资金互助已成为各地农村经济改革的亮点,安徽省金寨县作为全国第二批农村改革试验区,采取政府支持、银行指导、支持产业、培育产业的指导思想,建立了两种试点模式,探索农民合作社内部信用合作的新途径,为进一步完善农村金融组织体系,更好地为"三农"提供融资服务提供了借鉴经验。

Rural mutual fund is considered to be a light in the rural economic reforms. Two pilot modes have been set up in Jinzhai county of Anhui province,which is the second batch reform pilot area of the whole country,through support of government,guidance of bank,industrial support and the cultivation. The new way of credit cooperative among the peasantry is explored there.These reforms provide experience for the rural financial organization systems and finance services of three rural issues.
