摘要
分析了亚麻短纤维的组成及结构特点,研究了过氧乙酸用量、预处理温度、预处理时间对亚麻短纤维强力、白度、强度、伸长率等性能指标的影响。试验表明,过氧乙酸6 g/L、预处理温度60℃、预处理时间60min时能够有效去除木质素、果胶、半纤维素等伴生物,亚麻短纤维的综合性能显著改善,使其可纺性接近于棉纤维,可以利用原有配套工程和设施在环锭纺、转杯纺设备上进行干纺,提升亚麻短纤维的利用价值。
The composition and structural characteristics of flax short fibers were analyzed. The influence of peroxide acetic acid concentration, temperature, time and pretreatment process conditions on the strength, whiteness, intensity and elongation indexes of flax short fibers, were investigated. The experiment showed the concomitancy of lignin, pectin and hemicellulose were able to be removed effectively, at the process conditions of that acetic acid concentration 6 g/L, temperature 60 ℃, time for 60 min. And the comprehensive performance of flax was improved obviously. Their spinnability closed to cotton fibers. The original engineering and facilities can be utilized in dry spinning equipment to improve the value of flax short fibers.
