摘要
转鼓是离心设备的核心部分,决定着设备的功能和分离效果。小而精的转鼓结构有利于转鼓运转稳定,但其工作能力有限。文章根据市场对转鼓大工作能力的需求,基于有限元分析方法,设计高转速大直径回转件作为离心机转鼓结构,并通过仿真分析验证其结构的可行性。
Drum is the core part of the centrifugal equipment, determines the function of the device and separation effect. Small and fine drum structure is conducive to the drum running stable, but its ability to work limited. Based on the demand of the large capacity of the drum, a high-speed large-diameter rotary member is designed as a centrifuge drum structure. The feasibility of the structure is verified by simulation analysis.
