摘要
本文利用有限元方法对LNG罐式集装箱处在常温环境中时,考虑到动态惯性力的影响,计算和分析了结构应力水平,从而更为直观地了解框架处在承载状况时所对应的应力情况。探讨了框架在结构设计方面的改进建议,使框架结构设计的更合理,进而提升罐式集装箱的安全性和可靠性。
This paper uses the finite element method of LNG tank container is in the normal environment, considering the influence of dynamic inertia force, calculation and analysis of the structure of the stress level, which is more intuitive understanding of the framework in the corresponding state of stress bearing. The suggestions for improving the structural design of the frame are discussed, so that the design of the frame structure is more reasonable, and then the safety and reliability of the tank container can be improved.
