摘要
在制作支架时,一般都会涉及到冲压工艺,技术人员如果能遵照特定的流程进行冲压操作,就能最大限度地节省资金,延长支架运行年限。反之,如果冲压工艺并不符合特定的技术指标,就有可能影响到整个的后期处理,情况严重时,将影响整个支架的安全性。由于模具设计直接关系到后期的冲压操作,二者具有不可分割的联系。因此,模具设计应当考虑到多样化的设计要素,在此基础上延长模具寿命,为企业节省资金。
