摘要
机械分析器的重要功能是对数控系统的共振频率进行测定,实现数控系统的在线调整,从而提高数控系统的工作性能。在数控系统的不断发展过程中,总线技术和控制系统计算机辅助设计的应用,为机械分析器在数控系统中的设计和应用提供了技术支持。本文对数控系统和控制系统计算机辅助设计技术进行了分析,提出了基于HIL的数控系统机械分析器的设计方案,并对其进行了研究。
The important function of the mechanical analyzer is to measure the resonance frequency of the CNC system, realize the online adjustment of the CNC system, and improve the performance of the CNC system. In the continuous development of CNC system, the application of bus technology and control system computer aided design provides technical support for the design and application of mechanical analyzer in CNC system. In this paper, the computer aided design technology of CNC system and control system is analyzed, and the design scheme of the mechanical analyzer for NC system based on HIL is put forward.
