摘要
现代机械加工中,尤其是工艺集中的加工要求,在数控车削中心上配置Y轴,同时使用动力刀具的场合逐渐增多。刀具主轴的中心与车床主轴的中心同轴度对机床加工精度有重要影响,而传统的调整同轴度的方法费时费力且同轴度不高。因此,本文提出一种通过样件测量的数据修正动力刀具中心与车床主轴中心同轴的方法。该方法使用方便,在实际生产中效率高,效果好。
