摘要
水驱开采难度日益增大,原有的分注工艺越来越难以满足油藏精细注水的要求。新一代分层精细注水大量使用了同心可调式配水工作筒。它采用配水工作筒和可调水阀一体化设计,在大斜度注水井、注水水质条件复杂的环境下有很好的应用。文章通过采用有限元仿真,对影响调节阀芯工作的流体力学因素进行分析,以期对设计和现场使用同心配水器提供借鉴,提高配水器使用的可靠性和安全性。
Water flooding difficulty increasing, the original separate injection technology is more and more difficult to satisfy the requirement of water flooding reservoir, a new generation of layered fine water injection uses a large number of concentric adjustable water distribution tube, it uses water working barrel and adjustable water valve integrated design, has the very good application in the high slope well, the water quality condition of complex environment. In this paper by using the finite element simulation of fluid mechanics factors regulating valve work is analyzed, the design and application of concentric water regulator has reference, can improve the water distribution device reliability and safety.
