摘要
在零件实际生产过程中,市场对零件的外形质量要求非常高,因此每位生产者都要对零件的棱边进行倒角加工。本文介绍了倒角刀的结构、特点及运用的实例研究了倒角刀在数控铣削中的应用,希望对生产一线的操作工人有一定的指导作用。
In the actual production process of parts, the market requires a very high quality of the appearance of the parts, so each producer must chamfering the edges of the parts.In NC milling, the parts should be chamfered. In this paper, the structure, characteristics and application of chamfering cutter are introduced, and the application of chamfering cutter in NC milling is studied.
