摘要
针对35CrMo螺栓在使用一段时间后会声音异常发生断裂的现象,通过对已断裂的螺栓进行断口分析,探讨了35CrMo螺栓在使用过程中的断裂原因。结果表明,断裂原因为螺栓松动退至端盖,二者摩擦而引起单向弯曲疲劳断裂。
Aiming at the phenomenon of 35CrMo bolts break after using a period of time,By fracture analysis of the broken bolts,The causes of fracture of 35CrMo bolts were discussed.The results show that,the reason of the fracture is the bolt is loose, and the end cover, there are conflicts between them, cause uniaxial bending fatigue fracture.
