摘要
研究生创新能力培养是一项系统工程,其中包括教育体制、教育观念、培养目标、培养模式、教学方法、课程设置等诸多方面的因素。以多元智力理论为指导,系统分析我国当前研究生教育的现状以及制约研究生创新能力培养的主要因素,并在此基础上提出了高校研究生创新能力培养的改进对策,希望对我国研究生教育改革提供借鉴。
Graduate innovative ability is a systematic project, including the education system, the concepts of education, training objectives, training mode, teaching methods, curriculum and many other factors. Guided by the theory of multiple intelligences, the status quo of the current graduate education as well as the main factors constraining the innovative abilities of graduate training is analyzed systematically. On this basis, the college graduate innovative ability improving countermeasures is proposed, hoped to provide references on graduate education reform.
