摘要
本文针对我国电力使用过度集中造成的电力不稳定,供电压力骤增以及电力闲置造成电力浪费等主要问题,通过研究在大数据这一背景下如何有效实行智能电网动态电力监控,如何运用同步相量测量单元、高级计量架构等关键技术方法优化配用电网系统并提升电力供应的质量和可靠性,通过利用实时反馈的用电量及价格,控制消费者的用电量,将用电量控制在一个稳定的范围内,有效提高电网终端用电效率,平滑电网负荷曲线,降低电网负荷压力及电能损耗。
This paper descirbes the problems caused by excessive concentration of power such as instability of power invironment, the power supply pressure surge, idle power waste and so on in China.Based on given backround, in the paper we analyze how to use big data to practice dynamic power monitoring of smart grid, how to use the method of phase measurement unit (PMU), adcanced metering infrastructure(AMI) and other key techonologies to optimize power system and improve the power supply quality and reliability. Besides, we also disscusse using real timefedback power consumption and price to control the power consumption in a stable range, which brings the advantages of improving the ef? ciency of power network terminal, smoothing power load curve and reducing the load pressure and power loss effectively.
