摘要
信任是电子商务活动开展的基础。本文归纳了移动电子商务商家信任评价的相关研究现状并比较分析了其存在的不足,在此基础上结合现实环境给出了移动电子商务商家信任评判的研究趋势。上述研究有助于改善移动电子商务信誉环境,促进移动电子商务的良性健康发展。
Trust is the foundation of e-commerce activities. This paper summarizes the research status of the trust evaluation of m-commerce merchants and analyzes its shortcomings. Based on this, the research trend of the trust evaluation of mobile e-commerce business is given by combining reality environment. The research will help to improve the credit environment of m-commerce and promote the healthy development of m-commerce.
