摘要
本文陈述了经营性租赁模式在现代服务业中发展,示范了其在电网建设中的应用方案和风险分析,并对该商业模式的发展提出了建议,事实证明经营性租赁模式在电网中应用取得了较好的经济效益和管理效益。
This paper presents the development of operating leasing model in modern service industry, and cites an example of power network construction which concludes the operating proposal and the risk analysis, then proposes the development of the business model. The example application shows better economic performance and management benefit.
