阻生尖牙是临床上常见的一种牙齿畸形,埋伏阻生的原因较为复杂,临床表现各不相同。治疗中首先需要进行良好的判断,然后给予相应的治疗。上颌尖牙不仅影响患者的日常咀嚼,对患者的形象也存在较大影响,因此对于上颌阻生尖牙诊断和治疗尤其重要。本文就上颌阻生尖牙的诊断和治疗进行综述,为临床治疗提供理论参考。

Impacted canine is one of the most common tooth deformities in clinic.The causes of ambush impaction are complicated and the clinical manifestations are different.In the treatment,we need to make a good judgment first,and then give the corresponding treatment.The maxillary canine not only affects the daily mastication of the patient,but also has great influence on the appearance and image of the patient,therefore,the diagnosis and treatment of maxillary impacted canines are of particular importance.This paper deals with the diagnosis and treatment of impacted maxillary canines and provides theoretical reference for clinical treatment.
