民国时期一些具有自由主义思想的知识精英将西方的"专家治国"思想引入国内,试图用专家从政的办法改良政治。"专家治国"思想虽有其合理性,但并不能从根本上解决政治危机。

During the period of the Republic of China, some liberal intellectual elites introduced the idea of ＂governing the country by experts＂ from the West to the Republic of China, and tried to improve politics with the method of ＂experts in politics＂. Although the thought of ＂governing the country by experts＂ has its rationality, it cannot fundamentally solve the political crisis.
