In the paper,the transurethral resection of the prostate and other concepts,the preoperative and postoperative nursing care of the complications were reviewed,and the complications of bladder spasm,with possible postoperative bleeding,thrombosis,urinary incontinence and other complications were expatiated,so as to improve and enhance the nursing level on transurethral resection of prostate.
