基本药物制度在基层医疗机构的实践

目前,基本药物无法满足居民需求,药品价格概念有待普及,宣传力度不足,难以赢得群众信任。配套措施亟需跟进,部门协调联动有待加强。应适当扩大药品配备范围;政府应建立科学、合理的招标体制,建立多渠道补偿机制,加强国家基本药物制度的宣传,增强公众对药品的了解和识别能力。

At present,basic drugs can not meet the needs of residents,the concept of drug prices remained to be popularized,and the propaganda was inadequate,and it was difficult to win the trust of the masses.Supporting measures urgently need to follow up,departmental coordination need to be strengthened.Equipped with a range of drugs should be properly expanded,the government should establish a scientific and reasonable bidding system,establish a multi-channel compensation mechanism,strengthen the national system for basic drugs propaganda,enhance public understanding and recognition ability of drugs.
