锁定钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures

目的:探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:收治复杂胫骨平台骨折患者40例,按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统双钢板方法,观察组采用锁定钢板内固定方法。结果:观察组术后指标和膝关节功能恢复优良率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复杂胫骨平台骨折的患者采用锁定钢板内固定方法,能够恢复骨骼功能。

Objective：To investigate the effect of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods：40 patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.The control group were treated with traditional double plate method,and the observation group were treated with locking plate fixation.Results：The excellent rate of postoperative indexes and knee function recovery in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：Locking plate fixation can help restore bone function in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures.
