触诊阴性乳腺肿块50例手术治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of surgical treatment of 50 cases with negative palpation breast lumps

目的:探讨触诊阴性乳腺肿块的手术治疗效果。方法:收治触诊阴性乳腺肿块患者50例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统小切口手术治疗,观察组采用麦默通微创旋切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、手术切口长度、出血量、住院时间和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麦默通微创旋切术治疗触诊阴性乳腺肿块患者的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment for negative palpation breast lumps.Methods：50 patients with negative palpation breast lumps were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated by conventional small incision surgery,and the observation group was treated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the operation time,surgical incision length,bleeding volume,hospitalization time and complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of mammotome minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of negative palpation breast lumps was significant.
