颅内微创血肿清除术对高血压脑出血患者神经功能及预后的影响

Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal impact on neurological function and prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨颅内微创血肿清除术对高血压脑出血患者神经功能及预后的影响。方法:收治高血压性脑出血患者42例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各21例。对照组行开颅血肿清除术,研究组进行颅内微创血肿清除术。结果:术后,对照组NIHSS评分高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组预后优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颅内微创血肿清除术可有效减轻高血压脑出血患者神经功能损伤,改善预后。

Objective：To investigate the effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal on neurological function and prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods：42 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group underwent craniotomy and hematoma evacuation,and the study group received minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal.Results：After the operation,the NIHSS scores in the control group were higher than those in the study group（P〈0.05）,and the prognosis of the study group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation can effectively relieve the neurological impairment and improve the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
