裂皮纹鹅膏中毒的治疗及其预后影响因素

Treatment of split skin goose cream and its prognostic factors

目的:探讨裂皮纹鹅膏中毒的治疗及其预后影响因素。方法:收治急性毒蕈中毒患者13例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用一般治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用血浆置换,比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组的治愈率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:对于裂皮纹鹅膏毒蕈中毒,一般治疗始终优于一般治疗联合血浆置换治疗。

Objective：To explore the treatment of split skin goose cream and its prognostic factors.Methods：13 patients with acute mushroom poisoning were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with general treatment,and the observation group added plasma exchange on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：The cure rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with mushroom poisoning of split skin goose cream,general treatment was consistently superior to general treatment combined with plasma exchange.
