通痹胶囊对膝骨关节炎患者关节功能及关节滑液基质金属蛋白酶-3、-9水平的具体影响分析

Effect of Tongbi capsule on joint function and matrix metalloproteinase-3 and -9 levels in synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨通痹胶囊对膝骨关节炎患者关节功能及关节滑液基质金属蛋白酶-3、-9水平的影响。方法:收治膝骨关节炎患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采取双醋瑞因治疗,观察组采取通痹胶囊治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组MMP-3、MMP-9水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通痹胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎,能够有效改善患者关节功能,且有效降低其关节滑液基质金属蛋白酶-3、-9水平。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Tongbi capsule on the joint function and matrix metalloproteinase-3 and -9 levels in synovial fluid of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods：100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group（taking diacerein treatment） and the observation group（taking Tongbi capsule treatment）,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took diacerein treatment,and the observation group took Tongbi capsule treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the level of MMP-3 and MMP-9 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tongbi capsule can effectively improve the joint function and reduce the matrix metalloproteinase-3 and-9 levels in synovial fluid of knee joint patients with knee osteoarthritis.
