“四位一体”模式对鼻咽癌急性放射反应及治疗依从性的影响

“Four in one” mode for nasopharyngeal carcinoma acute radiation reaction and the influence of treatment adherence

目的:探讨"四位一体"工作模式对鼻咽癌放化疗患者急性放射反应及治疗依从性的影响。方法:选择接受放化疗的鼻咽癌患者26例作为观察组,收集同期61例鼻咽癌放化疗患者作为对照组。对照组实施责任制整体护理,观察组实施"四位一体"工作模式。结果:观察组治疗依从率优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组BMI下降程度高于观察组(P<0.05)。放疗结束时,除口干症状外,观察组其他放疗不良反应评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对鼻咽癌放化疗患者实施"四位一体"工作模式能实现医护患之间的顺畅沟通,及早改善患者的营养状态,从而减轻鼻咽癌急性放射反应,提高患者的生活质量,提高治疗依从性。

Objective：To investigate the effect of ＂four in one＂ mode on acute radiation response and treatment compliance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods：26 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy were selected as the observation group,and 61 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy as the control group.The patients in the control group were given responsibility system and holistic nursing care,and the observation group were put into the ＂four in one＂ working model.Results：The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the decrease of BMI in the control group was higher than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）.At the end of the radiotherapy,except for dry mouth symptoms,the scores of other adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chemotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with the implementation of the ＂four in one＂ mode to achieve the smooth communication between doctors and patients,to improve the patient＇s nutritional status,so as to reduce the acute radiation reaction,improve the life quality of patients,and improve the treatment compliance.
