全膝关节置换术治疗退行性膝关节炎的康复护理体会

Rehabilitation nursing experience on total knee arthroplasty for degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee

目的:探讨全膝关节置换术治疗退行性膝关节炎的康复护理效果。方法:收治行全膝关节置换术治疗的退行性膝关节炎患者28例,均予以康复护理。结果:优17例,良8例,中3例,差0。结论:对行全膝关节置换术治疗的退行性膝关节炎患者予以康复护理,可明显提高康复效果,具有一定的安全性和可行性。

Objective：To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on total knee arthroplasty for degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods：28 patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee were treated with total knee replacement.All the patients were treated with rehabilitation nursing.Results：17 cases were excellent;8 cases were good;3 cases were middle;no one case was bad.Conclusion：Rehabilitation nursing for patients with degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint treated by total knee replacement can improve the effect of rehabilitation obviously,and it has certain security and feasibility.
