不同部位急性心肌梗死患者心律失常的监测与护理

Monitoring and nursing on arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction at different sites

目的:探讨常规监测护理及全面监测护理对降低心律失常发生率的作用。方法:收治急性心肌梗死患者218例,随机分为对照组和试验组,分别采用常规监测护理及全面监测护理。结果:试验组心律失常发生率明显低于对照组,且患者表现均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对不同部位急性心肌梗死患者采用全面监测护理能够有效降低心律失常发生率,对提高急性心肌梗死患者预后具有显著的效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect of routine monitoring nursing and comprehensive monitoring nursing on reducing the incidence of arrhythmia.Methods：218 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Routine monitoring nursing and comprehensive monitoring nursing were adopted respectively.Results：The incidence of arrhythmia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the prognosis and clinical manifestation of the patients were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive monitoring and nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and improve the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
