老年脑梗死患者的康复护理体会

Rehabilitation nursing experience of elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨老年脑梗死患者的康复护理体会。方法:收治脑梗死患者50例,采用综合护理措施,观察护理效果。结果:护理后,患者的NIHSS评分、FMA评分和BMI评分均显著改善(P<0.05);患者满意度96.0%。结论:加强心理护理、运动护理、饮食护理、后遗症的功能恢复护理是住院老年脑梗死患者康复护理的重要措施,效果显著。

Objective：To explore the rehabilitation nursing experience of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：50 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were given comprehensive care measures.We observed the nursing effect.Results：After nursing,the NIHSS score,FMA score and BMI score were significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Patient satisfaction was 96%.Conclusion：Strengthen the psychological nursing,sports nursing,diet nursing,functional recovery of sequelae nursing were important measures for elderly patients with cerebral infarction rehabilitation nursing in hospital,and the effect was significant.
