醉酒患者在基层卫生服务中心常见,绝大多数患者经过治疗,都能顺利出院。但因为医患认知差异等原因,导致患者病情加重或未发现被醉酒掩盖的其他疾病,出现漏诊或误诊,从而引发医疗纠纷。本文探讨1例醉酒患者治疗所引发的医疗纠纷,寻求防止或者减少医疗纠纷的途径。

Admissions for drunk patients are common in primary health care centers,and the vast majority of patients can be discharged successfully after treatment.But because of the cognitive differences between doctors and patients and other reasons,they will lead to exacerbations,there are also missed or misdiagnosed because of ignoring other diseases covered by drunkenness,and these can cause medical disputes.This article discusses the medical disputes caused by the treatment of 1 drunk patient and tries to find ways to prevent or reduce medical disputes.
