Centralized management and effectiveness evaluation of surgical instruments in sterile supply centers

目的:探讨手术器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理的效果。方法:消毒供应中心在建筑布局、对工作人员进行专业化培训、合理配备机械清洗、消毒灭菌所需设备及配套设施方面,建立手术器械标准化处理流程。结果:器械清洗质量明显提高,灭菌质量得到保障。抽查44套手术器械包做微生物培养,检查报告全部无细菌生长,符合无菌物品要求。结论:将手术器械纳入消毒供应中心集中管理,通过对手术器械的专业化管理,保障手术器械清洗、包装、灭菌质量,有效控制医院感染,同时提高消毒供应中心工作人员的专业水平和工作效率,有效延长手术器械的使用寿命。

Objective：To explore the effect of centralized management of surgical instruments in sterile supply centers.Methods：The sterile supply center set up standardized operation procedures for surgical instruments,from the layout of the building,specialized training to the staff,reasonable equipment and facilities for mechanical cleaning,disinfection and sterilization.Results：The quality of instrument cleaning was obviously improved,and the quality of sterilization was guaranteed.We examined 44 sets of surgical instruments for microbiological culture,the examination report showed that there was no bacterial growth,and all of them met the requirements of aseptic materials.Conclusion：We incorporated surgical instruments into centralized management of sterile supply centers.Through the specialized management of surgical instruments,we guaranteed the quality of surgical instruments cleaning,packaging and sterilization,and effectively controled nosocomial infection.At the same time,we improved the professional level and work efficiency of the staff in sterile supply centers,and effectively prolonged the service life of surgical instruments.
