基于Airbnb论京津冀民宿发展现状及开发对策——以河北省石家庄地区为例

On the B & B Development Status Quo and Development Countermeasures of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on Airbnb——A Case Study of Shijiazhuang City in Hebei Province

京津冀地区协同发展是国家长期发展战略中的重要规划与布局。京津冀地区有着丰富的旅游资源以及广阔的发展空间,随着旅游业的不断发展,旅游配套服务也应随之提升。针对这一现象,以河北省石家庄地区为例,利用国际民宿短租平台Airbnb的用户数据,对石家庄地区的民宿发展状况进行了调查分析,通过数据和用户反馈信息的整理分析,发掘出现阶段石家庄地区民宿产业发展过程中存在的一些问题,如信息发布不规范,不实信息较多,周边地区民宿有待发展,民宿盲目模仿快捷酒店。针对这些问题,提出了相关的改进意见和建议,如加强红色旅游宣传,提升旅游区附近民宿发展,市区民宿强化人文概念,突出旅游吸引力。通过调研分析石家庄地区民宿发展状况和存在问题,期望发现京津冀地区民宿发展的方式与方法,推动区域旅游产业升级与创新。

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important planning and layout in the country＇s long- term development strategy. It has a wealth of tourism resources and a broad space for development. With the development of tourism, the facilities related to the tourism should be improved also. In order to solve this problem, this paper uses the users＇ information of Airbnb and the review of customers to analyze problems existing in the current situation of Bed ＆ Breakfast in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, such as lack of standardization for the establishment of information, lots of false information, B＆B in neighboring regions should be developed and some B＆B copy the express inns＇ style blindly. Some suggestions are put forward to solve such problems, such as strength-ening red tourism promotion to enhance the development of the nearby B＆B attractiveness, urban B＆B should strengthen the concept of humanities, and highlight the attractiveness of the local tourism. Analyzing the current situation and problems of the B＆B in Shijiazhuang through investigation and analysis can help the industry of B＆B m such region to upgrade and innovate.
