屏边三七种子后熟生理研究Ⅲ-果肉提取物生物活性测定

Study on the After-ripening Physiology of Panax stipuleanatus Ⅲ-Research on the Biological Activity of Flesh Extracts

为探明屏边三七果肉中所含的抑制物质及其抑制效应,本研究采用水浸提和甲醇浸提2种浸提方法提取出了屏边三七果肉中的抑制物质,并用提取液对白菜种子进行发芽试验。通过生物活性测定研究表明,屏边三七果肉中存在较强的发芽抑制物质,抑制物质较易溶于水,呈现高浓度抑制发芽、低浓度促进发芽的作用。

In order to search the endogenous inhibitor and inhibiting action in flesh ofPanax stipuleanatus, Endogenous inhibitor was ex- tracted by water and methanol, and the germination test of cabbage seeds was carried out with the extract.Results showed that it had en- dogenous inhibitor with strong inhibiting action in P.stipuleanatus＇s flesh, and the inhibitor was easily soluble in water. Germination rate increased by Low concentration inhibition and vice versa.
