山楂沙棘片对混合型高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响

Effect of Hawthorn and Sea-buckthorn Tablet on Blood Lipid in Rats with Combined Hyperlipidemia

研究山楂沙棘片对混合高血脂模型大鼠血脂的影响。大鼠预先眦内静脉采血,测定血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。根据血清中总胆固醇含量,将大鼠平均分为5组,分别为对照组、模型组、山楂沙棘片高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。对照组喂以正常饲料,其它组喂以高脂模型饲料。各组每日灌胃相应受试物或溶剂,连续灌胃8周。模型组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量均显著升高(P<0.01),HDL-C/TC比值显著下降(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,山楂沙棘片高剂量组明显降低大鼠血清中TC含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清中LDL-C含量(P<0.01),显著升高血清HDL-C/TC比值(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,山楂沙棘片中剂量组明显降低大鼠血清中TC、LDLC含量(P<0.05),显著升高血清HDL-C/TC比值(P<0.01)。山楂沙棘片能降低混和高脂模型大鼠血清中TC和LDL-C含量,提高血清HDL-C/TC比值。

To observe the effect of hawthorn and sea-buckthorn tablet （HST） on blood lipid in rats with combined hyperlipedemia. All the rats were taking blood from angular vein before experiment and determined triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein chol- esterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum. Based on total cholesterol（TC） in serum, the rats were equally divided into five groups：control group, model group, HST high-dose group（1 g/kg）, HST middle-dose group（0.5g/kg）, HST low-dose group（0.25g/kg）.The rats in control group feed on normal forage, the rats in other groups feed on hyperlipid diet. All the groups were given their own test sub- stance by gavage once a day for 8 weeks. Compared with control group, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C in serm of Rats in model group were increased significantly（P 〈 0.01）. Compared with model group, high dose HST could obviously decrease the concentration ofTC（P 〈 0.05）, significantly decrease the concentration ofLDL-C（P 〈 0.01） in the serum of rats, significantly increase the index of HDL-C/C （P 〈 0.01）. Compared with model group, middle dose HST could obviously decrease the concentration of TC and LDL-C（P 〈 0.05） in the serum of rats, significantly increase the index of HDL-C/C（P 〈 0.01）. HST could decrease the blood lipid level of rats with combined hyperlipidmia.
