将社会主义核心价值观融入高校辅导员工作具有重要意义。辅导员要以其为引领,正视面临的问题,务实地开展工作;要充分发挥自身示范作用,在工作中体现出价值指向,深入学生中解决实际问题;要把工作做细落小,讲求方式方法,发挥集体的合力;要充分发挥大学生的主体作用,培养他们的责任感和担当意识;要完善细化各项规章制度,提高制度执行的可操作性,从而促进社会主义核心价值观转化为大学生的情感认同和行为习惯。
