摘要
某电厂1台600MW前后墙对冲亚临界锅炉在炉内实施了低氮燃烧改造,1年后检查发现水冷壁管出现较大面积的高温腐蚀和横向裂纹缺陷,严重影响锅炉的安全稳定运行。通过对缺陷区域水冷壁管进行取样试验,采用宏观观察、微观能谱和XRD等手段,分析了水冷壁管产生高温腐蚀和横向裂纹的原因。
After low-Nox optimizing at a 600 MW subcritical swirl-burning Boiler, High- temperature corrosion and transverse crack has been found on the outer wall of water-wall tubes in a large area one year later, it is a bad affect to the boiler's safety operation. This chapter is to research the failure material to get the reason how the high-temperature corrosion and transverse crack happened through the method of macro-observation, micro- spectrum analysis and XRD analysis etc.
