废弃离子交换树脂与煤粉掺混的燃烧及污染物排放特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 在热重红外联用仪和小型沉降炉装置上对3种废弃离子交换树脂与煤粉混合物的燃烧特性和污染物的排放特性进行实验研究。研究表明:随着废弃树脂添加量增加,树脂与煤的混合物更容易着火燃烧。3种废弃树脂中阴树脂在燃烧的反应初期,出现了较强SO_2特征吸收峰,SO_2排放浓度显著高于其他树脂;混树脂在燃烧过程中有较多的HCl生成,HCl在343℃时析出达到最大值。3种废弃树脂的掺混会增大SO_2的排放,尤其是阴树脂的掺混SO_2排放量增加最为明显。NOx随着温度升高呈现递增的趋势,在煤中加入一定量的废弃树脂之后,其NOx排放量呈下降趋势。混树脂在煤中的添加比达到30%时,HCl最大排放量可达到280×10^(-6)。 The experimental study of combustion and pollutant emission characteristics of mixture of three kinds of waste ion exchange resin and pulverized coal were carried out by using thermogravimetry infrared spectrum (TG-IR) and small dropper furnace. The results show that the mixture of resin and coal was more likely to ignite and burn as the amount of waste resin increased. In the three kinds of waste resin, SOz absorption peak ofanion resin appeared and SO2 emission concentration were significantly higher than that of other resins at the beginning of combustion reaction. In the combustion process, mixed resinproduced more HC1 and HClconcentrationreached the maximum at 343℃. The mixture of three kinds of waste resin increased the SO2 emissions, especially SO2 emission of anion resin increased most obviously. NOx rised with the temperature increasing, after adding a certain amount of waste resin in the coal, the NOx emissions showed a downward trend. When the addition ratio of mixed resin in coal reaches 30%, the maximum discharge of HC1 can reach 280× 10- 6
