我国城镇化进程在不断加快,城镇人口快速增加,与此同时,城市居民蔬菜的供应问题也逐渐显露出来。在供给方面出现了短期供给不足的现象,在价格方面出现了波动大等市场供应保障体系不完善问题。针对这些问题,本文分析了城市居民蔬菜的供求情况,深入研究蔬菜的供应模式,如"农超对接"、"农社对接"、"以批发市场为核心的供应模式"等,并结合蔬菜价格波动规律,从蔬菜供应链、价格等角度研究市场供应保障机制的完善。发展标准化和规模化农业,提高存储技术在运输过程中的运用以保障蔬菜质量,加大对蔬菜供应模式的扶持力度及蔬菜质量安全意识的宣传,健全突发事件中的蔬菜市场应急供应保障机制,完善冷链体系,进而保障城市居民的蔬菜供应。

China＇s urbanization process is accelerating, the urban population is increasing rapidly, at the same time, the problems of vegetables supply of urban resident have gradually revealed. For example, there is short--term supply shortage, the fluctuation of price is large and the market supply security system is imperfect. In order to solve these problems, this paper thoroughly analyzes the supply and demand situation of urban residents vegetables, deeply studies the supply mode of vegetables, such as ＂agricultural super docking＂, ＂agricultural society butt＂, ＂take the wholesale market as the core＂ and so on and combines the fluctuation law of vegetable price to study the supply mechanism of market from the perspective of vegetable supply chain and price.It is important to develop standardized and large--scale agriculture, to improve the use of storage technology in the transport process to ensure the quality of vegetables, to increase the support to supply modes of vegetables, to strengthen the publicity about vegetable quality and safety awareness, to improve the emergency supply security mechanism, to improve the cold chain system and thereby to ensure the supply of urban residents of vegetables.
