論漢賦和漢代辭書中的聯邊

A Study into Joint-Edge form in Han Da Fu and Han Dictionaries

聯邊指部首相同的字前後接續的文字現象。漢賦中存在大量的聯邊,這一方面與漢字的象形屬性有關,另一方面則是漢賦家同類相從的理念所致。漢賦聯邊承襲了始自《詩經》的修辭傳統,具有字形圖像化、聲韻音樂化的特點,生成了漢賦的形式結構層次,體現了漢代以多爲美、不忌重複、追求險奇的審美風尚。聯邊的衰落是時代風氣變化使然,劉勰提出的"省聯邊"觀點並非當時文人的共識,而是面對魏晉南北朝日趨縟麗的文風和)替濫造的用字情況,宣導新的文風以匡正時弊。漢賦聯邊衰落之後,它有時也爲險怪詩風借鑑,在後世文學創作中局部復活。

The term"joint-edge word"refers to the phenomenon of the written form composed of the listing of same-radical Chinese characters.Han Fu is rich with the joint-edge word form,one reason for this comes from the ideographic qualities of Chinese characters while another contributing factor is caused by the ideology of Han Fu and the pairing of characters with a shared feature.The incorporation and traditional usage of the joint-edge word in Han Fu originated from The Book of Songs,it embodies the character aesthetic,phonetic musicality as well as creating the shape and structure of Han Fu.It also embodies the Han dynasty concept of"more is better",to not prohibit repetition,to aspire after a unusual&odd aesthetic.The decline of the joint-edge word came with the change in popular taste from era to era.Liu Xie’s theory"reduction of the joint-edge word"wasn’t a common ideology for scholars of the time,instead it was a comment about the excessive and overtly intellectual displays through the use of this written form in the Wei Jin Northern and Southern Dynasties as well as advocating the rectification of the negative aspects presented by this style.After the passing of joint-edge word,it still occasionally became a reference point for unusual&odd poetry while once again partly gaining a new breath of life in the landscape for later generations of literature.
