本科公费师范生入学情况的调查与研究——以湖南第一师范学院2016级本科公费师范生为例

An Investigation Report on the Enrollment of Tuition-free Normal Students: A Case Study of 2016 Tuition-free Undergraduate Normal Students of Hunan First Normal University

本科公费师范生在生源情况、入学动机、职业认同、思想状况、发展定位等方面均有其特殊性,教育行政部门应加强公费师范生政策宣传,尤其是制订师范男生公费教育招生制度;加强公费师范生的教师职业理想教育;完善公费师范生政策,改善农村教师待遇,为公费师范生终身从教提供经济保障和政策支持。

Tuition-free undergraduate normal students have their specialties in the students＇ source, enrollment motivation, occupation identity, ideological state, development orientation and other aspects. Governmental management departments should enhance the policy, and construct the policy for the recruitment of male normal students. The students＇ occupational ideal education should be strengthened. Rural teachers＇ income should be raised so as to provide economic and policy guarantee for the whole-life teaching of tuition-free normal students.
