摘要
幸福感反映着人的价值和自我潜能的实现程度以及生活满意度,高校领导干部的幸福感反映他们自身全面发展的水平和学校的管理水平。本研究以国家教育行政学院第54期高校领导干部进修班和第52期高校中青年干部培训班的147名学员为研究对象,探究了高校校领导和中青年干部的幸福感状况和影响因素。研究表明:校领导的幸福感程度要高于中青年干部;"双一流"高校校领导幸福感显著地高于地方院校;工作环境和生活环境影响他们的幸福感,影响校领导幸福感最强的因素是对自己工作成绩的评价和身体健康状况;影响中青年干部幸福感最强的因素是对自己与上级的关系的评价和婚姻状况;校领导的幸福感受情绪的影响小于中青年干部。
Happiness reflects the realization of people's value, self-potential and life satisfaction. The happiness of university leaders reflects the level of their full-scale development and the management level of the school. This paper, taking 147 members of the 54 th university leaders training class and the 52 nd middle class of National Academy of Education Administration as the research object, explores the status and influencing factors of the sense of happiness among university leaders and middle level cadres. The results show that the well-being of school leaders is higher than that of middle-level cadres. The level of happiness of college leaders in " Double-First-Class" universities is significantly higher than that of local colleges and universities. Working environment and living environment affect their sense of happiness. The most influential factors of school leaders' happiness are their evaluation on their work achievements and their health status. The most influential factors affecting the happiness of middle-level cadres are their relationship with their superiors and their marriage relationships. The influence of school leaders' emotions on happiness is less than that of middle-level cadres.
