摘要
20世纪80年代以来,博士生规模扩张与群体分化、高等教育外部问责给英国高校博士生导师指导带来一系列挑战。四所英国一流大学采取如下措施完善博士生导师制度:遴选适任的博士生指导小组成员、以导师培训促进博士生导师发展、建立博士生导师指导的共同责任制。英国一流大学的经验对于我国博士生导师遴选、导师培训以及导师指导责任制的改革有一定的借鉴意义。
Since the 1980 s, the scale expansion and group diversification of doctoral students, as well as the external accountability have brought a serial of challenges to UK universities' doctoral supervisor guidance. Four top UK universities took the following measures to improve doctoral supervisor system. Select eligible supervisory team members, promote supervisors' development with training, established shared responsibility system of doctoral supervision. UK top universities' experience will provide reference for the reform of supervisors' selection, training and responsibility system reform in China.
