基于数据挖掘的针灸治疗痔疮的现代文献取穴规律分析

Rules of Selecting Points In Acupuncture Treatment of Hemorrhoids Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术,分析现代针灸文献治疗痔疮的取穴选用规律。方法:采用计算机检索的方式,对1956年—2016年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)和维普数据库中针灸治疗痔疮的相关文献进行检索及梳理,得到相关文献43篇,分析现代针灸治疗痔疮的腧穴选用规律。结果:通过分析发现,现代文献针灸治疗痔疮选取腧穴主要为承山、长强、二白、会阳、大肠俞和次髎;选取腧穴所属经脉主要为足太阳膀胱经和督脉;选取腧穴所在部位主要是背腰部(含骶部和臀部)和下肢部。结论:针灸对减轻痔疮疼痛和出血等症状有较好的疗效,针灸治疗痔疮取穴遵循循经取穴、局部取穴、远端取穴、邻近取穴和随症取穴的规律。

Objective ： To analyze the rule of selecting points in acupuncture treatment of hemorrhoids based on the da- ta mining. Methods： Through retrieving CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu Database,we got 43 papers related with acupuncture treatment of hemorrhoids from 1956 to 2016 and analyzed the rule selecting points in acupuncture treatment of hemor- rhoids. Results ： According to analysis, Chengshan （ BL57 ）, Changqiang （ DU1 ）, Erbai （ EX - UE2 ）, Huiyang （ BL35 ）, Dachangshu（ BL25 ） and Ciliao（BI32） are the most applied points, which belong to Bladder Meridian of Foot -taiyang and Du Meridian. Sites of the selected acupoints most belong to backside and waist（including pars sacralis and buttock） and lower limbs. Conclusion： Acupuncture has good curative effect to relieve hemorrhoids symptoms such as pain and bleeding. The rule of selecting points in acupuncture treatment of hemorrhoids are mainly include acupoints selection a- long meridians, acupoints selection by local area, acupoints selection by distal partial area, acupoints selection by nearby area and acupoints selection by symptomatology.
