不同产地温郁金块根与茎叶中微量元素的含量测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立不同产地温郁金微量元素含量的测定方法,对茎叶和块根中As、Ca、Cd、Fe、Cu、Hg、Mn、Pb和Zn微量元素的含量进行分析,探究元素在温郁金块根与茎叶中的分布。方法:用浓硝酸微波消解处理样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定9种微量元素的含量,并采用SPSS 19.0统计学软件进行相关性分析。结果:温郁金块根与茎叶中7种微量元素含量存在差异;块根中As与Ca、Ca与Cu、Cd与Mn、Cd与Zn、Cu与Mn元素之间均呈显著正相关,Cd与Fe呈显著负相关;不同元素在块根和茎叶两个部位中,除As、Mn元素以外,整体趋势呈负相关。结论:该方法简便、准确,可很好地用于比较不同产地温郁金块根与茎叶中微量元素含量,并为温郁金微量元素的控制、扩大药用部位提供参考与依据。 Objective:To establish a determination method about metal elements of Curcuma wenyujin in different re- gions and carry on the analysis to the content in the raw products/stems and leaves'As, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Pb and Zn metal elements and explore the distribution of elements in raw product/stems and leaves. Methods : The contents of 9 metal elements were determined by ICP - OES with concentrated nitric acid microwave digestion and the correlation analysis was carried out by using SPSS 19 statistical software. Results :There are 7 kinds of metal elements contents existing differences between Curcuma wenyujin raw products/stems and leaves^s and Ca, Ca and Cu, Cd and Mn, Cd and Zn, Cu and Mn in raw products all showed a significant positive correlation. Cd and Fe were obviously negatively correlated. The overall trend of different elements in raw products/stems and leaves was negatively correlated besides As and Mn. Conclusion: The method which can be used for the determination about the content of metal elements in Curcuma wenyujin raw prod- ucts/stems and leaves is simple and accurate. Moreover, it can provide the reference and basis for control of the metal ele- ments and expanding medicinal partsin Curcuma wenyujin.
