益气化瘀保心法促进冠心病心绞痛患者血管新生及改善其生存质量的研究

Benefiting Qi and Resolving Blood Stasis and Activating Blood Circulation Method Promotes Angiogenesis of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectorisand Improves Quality of Life

目的:观察益气化瘀保心法促进冠心病心绞痛患者血管新生及改善其生存质量的效果。方法:选取2013年5月—2015年6月98例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例,两组均采取相应的基础西医,观察组加用益气化瘀保心法进行治疗,2周1疗程,治疗8个疗程;且比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮水平(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平、心绞痛量化及生存质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.84%,高于对照组的77.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛量化评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF、NO、NOS水平升高优于对照组,ET-1及IL-1β水平较对照组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后3个月随访,观察组生存质量各项目评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在益气化瘀保心法原则下选取中药干预心绞痛,能促进血管新生、改善患者生存质量,值得更深层次的探索与研究。

Objective ： To observe the effect of benefiting Qi and resolving blood stasis and activating blood circulation method promoting angiogenesis of the coronary heart disease angina peetoris and the improvement of the quality of life. Methods ：In May 2013 - June 2015,98 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each. Two groups were given western medicine. On the ba- sis, the observation group was added benefiting Qi and resolving blood stasis and activating blood circulation method treat- ment, 2 weeks as a course, 8 courses totally. The clinical efficacy of two groups, before and after treatment serum vascu- lar endothelial growth factor （VEGF） , nitric oxide （NO） and nitric oxide synthase （NOS） and endotheliu 1 （ET- 1 ） , interlenkin 1 beta （ IL - l [3） levels, angina, quantification and quality of life were compared respectively. Results ： The treatment group＇ s total effectiveness was 91.84% which was higher than that of control group（77.55% ） and the differ- ence was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Angina pectoris quantitative score was higher than that of control group and the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. VEGF, NO and NOS levels were better than those of the control group. The levels of ET - 1 and IL - 1 [3 were decreased more significantly compared with those of the control group and the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Followed - up for 3 months after treatment, the observation group＇ s all scores of the life quality were higher than those of control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： In accordance with the method of benefiting Qi and resolving blood stasis and activating blood circu- lation, Chinese medicine intervention can promote angiogenesis and improves the quality of survivals. It is worth deeper explorating and researching.
