基于DHGF模型的煤炭物流中心选址评价

Evaluation on location selection of coal logistic center based on DHGF model

通过分析煤炭物流企业选址的重大意义,结合国内外煤炭物流中心选址经验得出启示,煤炭物流中心选址属于具有多种目标要求的系统性问题,在很多属性上有许多不确定性和模糊性,所以单一测度方法很少有效。研究并整合了德尔菲法(D),层次分析法(H),灰色模型(G)和模糊评估方法 (F)的成功之处,可以对具有多属性指标体系的目标进行综合评估。最终通过兖矿集团建设煤炭物流中心的案例结果,得出了采用本文建立的选址指标体系和方法,符合兖矿集团实际选址情况,能取得良好效果的结论。

With the analysis on the important significances to the location selection of the coal logistic enterprise,in combination with the enlightenment obtained from the location selection experiences of the domestic and overseas coal logistic centers,the location selection of the coal logistic center would be a systematic issue with multi target requirements and would have many uncertainty and fuzzy in many attributes. Thus a single measurement method would be few in effect. Therefore the study integrated the successful parts of the Delphi method（D）,analytic hierarchy process（H）,grey model（G） and fuzzy evaluation method（F） and could make the comprehensive evaluation on the target with the multi attribute index system. Finally,with the case results of the coal logistic center set in Yankuang Group,the location selection index system and method were applied,the case results could meet the actual location selection condition of Yankuang Group and the conclusion with the good effect was obtained.
