摘要
针对我国煤炭行业过剩产能现状,对煤炭行业的职工安置情况进行了简要分析,提出了主要从企业内部和外部分流安置的两种职工安置途径,并从工作环境、职工素质、社会保障、再就业培训方面对职工安置因素进行分析,最后根据当前职工安置存在的问题提出相应的对策,包括创新企业内部分流、提高职工素质、加强社保衔接、加强企业职工培训。
According to the overcapacity status of the coal enterprises in China,a brief analysis was conducted on the staff re-employment conduction of the coal enterprises. The paper provided two staff re-employment paths from the internal and external re-distribution and re-employments of the enterprises. From the aspects of the working environment,staff quality,social insurance and re-employment training,an analysis was conducted on the factors of the staff re-employment. Finally according to the problems existed in the present staff re-employment,the paper provided the relevant countermeasures,including the internal redistribution of the innovation enterprises,staff quality upgraded,social insurance connection enhanced and enhanced staff training of the enterprises.
