供给侧改革背景下神华多元化经营探索

Discovery on diversified operation of Shenhua under background of supply side reform

随着能源结构优化和创新驱动引导,煤炭企业转型升级迫在眉睫,而多元化经营成为很多煤炭企业转型发展的良策。阐述了神华近年来在稳抓煤炭主业、保持行业领先地位的同时,实施煤、电、路、港、航、煤化工多元化运营,认为其多元化发展优势明显但也存在问题。在分析神华多元化经营模式的基础上,通过研究其多元化经营现状和存在问题,提出相应的提升多元化经营水平的对策,以实现企业的可持续发展。

With the energy structure optimized and the innovation driving guide,the transformation and upgrading of the coal enterprises is imminent and the diversified operation became a sound strategy of the transformation development for many coal enterprises. The paper explained that Shenhua was firmly hold the coal major business in the recent years and was kept a leading position in the coal industry. Meanwhile Shenhua implemented the diversified operations of the coal,electric power,express way,harbor,shipping and coal chemistry,the paper held that the problems obviously also existed in the advantages of the diversified development. Based on analysis on the diversified operation mode of Shenhua,with the study on the status and existed problems in the diversified operation,the countermeasures to upgrade the diversified operation level were provided in order to realize the sustainable development of the enterprises.
