摘要
通过分析煤矿特征和煤炭生产一线人员管理现状,归纳了煤矿企业对煤炭生产一线人员管理存在的问题,然后根据怪诞行为学中对人类经济行为的研究成果分析了煤炭生产一线人员管理缺陷产生的深层次原因,并提出了加强煤矿文化建设,营造具有亲和力的企业文化氛围、强化"以人为本"的企业管理理念、奖罚并重、完善公平晋升体系及三级人员管理模式等5种有效应对策略,以帮助煤矿企业提高煤炭生产一线人员工作效率和对企业的责任感及归属感,为煤矿企业的大型化和集团化奠定人员管理基础。
With an analysis on a coal mine features and a management status of a front-line staff in the coal production,the paper summarized the problems existed in the front-line staff management of the coal production in the coal mine. Then according to the study results of the human economic behavior in the predictably irrational,the paper analyzed the deep level causes of the front-line personnel management defects occurred from the coal production. The paper provided the five effective countermeasures to enhance the construction of the coal mine cultural,to set up the enterprise's cultural atmosphere with an affinity,to enhance the enterprise's management ideas with "people oriented",the rewards and punishments and the fair promotion systems as well as the three grade personnel management mode in order to help the coal mine enterprise to improve working efficiency of the front-line staff in the coal production and the responsibility and belonging senses and to set up the personnel management base of the larger scale and group scale coal mine enterprises.
