基于ANSYS的平板网架结构优化设计程序的开发与应用 被引量:2

摘要 以网架的挠度、刚度、强度和稳定性等限制条件作为状态变量,以网架结构杆件的总质量最小作为目标函数,利用APDL语言,采用ANSYS优化工具箱中的零阶方法对网架结构进行优化设计,二次开发出平板网架结构的优化设计程序。最后以某正放四角锥网架优化设计为实例,该实例以网架结构的杆件截面积和网架结构高度作为设计变量。优化结果表明,该程序能在满足现行规范要求的基础上降低网架结构杆件的用钢量,提高设计效率,取得了较好的优化设计结果。 Based on using limiting conditions like the deflection, stiffness, strength and stability, etc of space truss as the state variables and minimum total quality of structure as the objective function, the optimum design pro- gram of flat space truss structure was further developed with zero - order optimization method of ANSYS using APDL. In the end, the program was applied to a practical example of the optimum design of squre pyramid space truss, which takes lever section area&structure height as design variables. Optimization results show that the program can reduce steel weight of the flat space truss structure under the premise of meeting the current code, increase design ef- ficiency and obtain satisfactory optimum design result.
