The culture center of Yellow Emperor is a national key project matched with exhibition and tourism in the tomb worship area. Based on the characteristic that a number of novel and complex structures were included in the project, a plan was determined that adopting technological innovation to lead the project management in the con- struction process, controlling and improving comprehensive activitiesI contents in quality, schedule, green construc- tion management, etc. It is expected that the maximum social and economic benefit of the project will be realized.
